Gear We Can't Afford

Gear We Can't Afford: Here's What $18,553.44 Worth Of Fitness Stuff Looks Like

Oscars

The 88th annual Academy Awards are on Sunday, and the swag bag awarded to the major nominees is packed with 33 fancy products and weekend trip packages. The items range from the luxuriously practical -- a year's worth of fully loaded Audi A4 rentals ($45,000) -- to the truly bizarre -- umm, we don't even want to know what a Vampire Breast Lift ($1,900) is all about.
But (lawsuit aside) it's some of the fitness freebies that have us longing to be famous, or at least rich.
Of the total items in the gift bag (worth an estimated $232,000), 11 of the products are fitness related. Just those 11 things add up to whopping $18,553.44. Yes, you read that right. Here's a look at what a major cash infusion can do for your workout. Or -- if you're not an Oscar nominee -- you could skip the personal training sessions and just go for a run. Either way.
